About the Role You’ll be working across a mix of: Licensed venues (bars, pubs, events) Community events and festivals Private functions and corporate events Your role will include: Managing entry points and ID checks Monitoring patron behaviour and ensuring compliance with venue rules Crowd control and de-escalation Supporting venue staff and event organisers Writing clear incident reports when required What We’re Looking For Current WA Crowd Controller Licence Current RSA Strong communication and conflict management skills Reliable, well-presented, and punctualAbility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays NO FIFO - MUST BE BASED IN KARRATHA #J-18808-Ljbffr
