ROLE PURPOSE Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, support finance and wider business systems, ensuring data integrity, and developing business solutions. CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES Support Finance and wider business systems, including but not limited to, being the lead administrator for the ERP system (Pronto Xi 770) Maintain User Access, Security and Data integrity in the ERP system Design and develop business solutions using various business systems Design and develop User Guides and document processes Collaborate with internal and external groups on various Projects SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated functional experience with various business functions (Supply Chain, Maintenance, Finance etc.) Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good time management Good written and spoken communication skills CA or CPA equivalent membership preferred but not essential Considerable experience in administrating Pronto Xi or ERP systems INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS Companywide system users EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS External consultant groups #J-18808-Ljbffr
