As a Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you will use your deep industrial relations knowledge, analytical strengths, and confident negotiation skills to guide leaders through complex ER matters, support enterprise bargaining, and ensure consistent and effective application of legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements. Your expertise will help shape fair, contemporary workplace practices that make a real difference to the people who care for our communities every day. What you'll bring To thrive in this role, you will have: A tertiary qualification in Employment Law, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline, with postgraduate studies highly regarded. Strong technical expertise in industrial and employee relations, with the ability to interpret and apply complex legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements. High-level business analytical and problem-solving skills that enable effective resolution of matters which consider broader business objectives, issues and implications. Demonstrated ability to provide timely and accurate advice and information to internal and external stakeholders on a diverse range of ER issues. Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information exercising the highest degree of discretion. Ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
