What you’ll do: We’re looking for a detail-driven and collaborative Quality Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering a parental leave. In this key role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality and compliance standards across our private‑label portfolio. Reporting to the Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Manager, you’ll partner closely with cross‑functional teams across Product Development, Brand, Sustainability and Supply Chain to ensure product quality is upheld at every stage—from concept through to launch. You’ll be instrumental in supporting quality processes, managing investigations and complaints, and driving continuous improvement across the portfolio. From reviewing product samples and benchmarking quality standards, to working closely with suppliers and ensuring regulatory alignment, you’ll help deliver safe, high‑quality products that our customers can trust. What you’ll bring: Proven experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical, OTC, foods or cosmetic industry, with a focus on ethical sourcing and sustainability Strong knowledge of PICS/GMP, TGA, FSANZ, ACCC and other applicable local regulatory standards Experience in managing and implementing Quality Management Systems Familiarity with ethical sourcing practices and sustainability principles in supply chain management Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Sound problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality‑related issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams Proficiency in MS Office applications, regulatory databases, and other relevant software tools Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field.
