Job Title: Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) Techno-Functional Consultant Job Summary: We are seeking a MAO Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Order Management and Supply Chain . The role involves solution design, configuration, customization, and end-to-end implementation/support of Manhattan Active Omni applications, working closely with business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) modules (OMS, Inventory, POS, Store, Call Center) Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions Perform solution design, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments Develop and support integrations and enhancements using Java, APIs, JSON Participate in design workshops, testing, and release management Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and offshore teams to drive delivery Support implementations, upgrades, and production support activities Prepare and review functional and technical design documents Required Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) Strong understanding of Order Management, Inventory, and Supply Chain processes Experience in configuration, customization, and business process mapping Working knowledge of Java, APIs, JSON, and databases Experience with cloud-based implementations Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and client-facing skills Nice to Have: Experience with other OMS platforms (e.g., Sterling OMS) Exposure to Retail / eCommerce / 3PL environments Prior experience in end-to-end implementations #J-18808-Ljbffr
