Senior Service Planning & Delivery Officer Located in Parramatta with flexible working arrangements. Competitive salary range $129,464 to $142,665 per annum plus superannuation & leave loading. About The Role The Senior Service Planning and Delivery Officer sits within the Early Childhood Outcomes (ECO) division and leads complex projects that support the establishment of new public early childhood education and care (ECEC) services across NSW. The responsibilities include: Researching and analysing complex service planning and delivery issues, providing evidence-based solutions and risk mitigation strategies. Providing expert advice to support policy implementation and compliance with the National Quality Framework. Engaging and collaborating with stakeholders to support positive outcomes for children and communities. Managing project planning and reporting to support implementation and ensure governance requirements are met. Preparing reports, briefs, correspondence, and professional learning and support resources aligned with agency requirements. About You Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple complex and interconnected projects within tight timeframes in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills, with deep experience in the ECEC sector. Strong research and analysis skills and the ability to deliver quality outcomes under pressure. Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people. Essential Requirements of the Role Appropriate Early Childhood Education and Care tertiary qualifications. Current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance for paid employment.
