The Role Working with an exceptional design manager and for a business lead by engineers, your role will be to work in the R&D / Product development team to develop and improve product offerings in the Plumbing, Gas product ranges. You will work with the team to interpret new product requirements and deliver commercially viable solutions. You will be given the freedom to experiment, present ideas, provide input to design meetings and work with test labs to ensure products meet compliance and functional issues. You will be responsible for supplier relationship management and compliance functions locally. Your will lead a small closely knit team in the Product Development teams and will be working for an exceptional manager.
