Role Description Building on our recent track record of Power Platform delivery, we are scaling our team to support new strategic engagements. We are seeking a Power Platform Lead to take ownership of solution design, technical delivery quality, and engineering leadership on strategic Power Platform programmes. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role. The successful candidate will define solution architecture, drive Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and environment governance, and lead a team of senior and mid-level developers through end‑to‑end delivery. The role combines architectural decision‑making with active contribution to development, code review, and mentoring. Key Responsibilities Define and own end‑to‑end Power Platform solution design, including model‑driven apps, canvas apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages Establish and maintain ALM practices, environment strategy, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and Centre of Excellence (CoE) governance Lead the technical delivery team, providing direction, code review, and mentoring across senior and mid‑level developers Design and govern integration patterns across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, M365, and enterprise systems of record Contribute hands‑on to development of complex components, integrations, and customisations where required Partner with the Project Lead, Product Owner, and Solution Architects to align technical execution with business outcomes Drive technical quality standards, including coding conventions, security patterns, and performance benchmarks Represent the technical solution in architecture forums, design reviews, and stakeholder briefings Required Experience and Skills Minimum 7 years' experience in enterprise solution design and delivery, with at least 4 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI Technical expertise in Dataverse data modelling, the Power Platform security model, platform limitations, plug‑ins, custom connectors, and Power Fx Demonstrated experience implementing ALM, Power Platform pipelines, and CoE practices in enterprise environments Strong understanding of integration patterns across Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise APIs Experience in low‑code/no‑code application development and automation workflows Skilled in solution architecture, requirements analysis, and project implementation Proven technical leadership experience, including mentoring developers and leading code reviews Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals Hands‑on development experience; this is not a pure architecture role Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior business stakeholders Strong problem‑solving, organisational, and leadership skills Government or regulated sector delivery experience (preferred) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL‑600) strongly preferred Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL‑400) advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
