What You’ll Be Doing Leading day‑to‑day operations of the centre Supporting educators to deliver engaging, high‑quality learning programs Building strong, positive relationships with families and the local community Managing compliance, staffing, administration, and budgets Ensuring alignment with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and WHS requirements Creating a warm, inclusive, and high‑performing centre culture What You’ll Bring Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (as required) Current First Aid, Child Protection, Food Safety and valid WWCC qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills Confidence managing operations and supporting teams A genuine passion for early childhood education Why Join Us?
