Overview The Bureau of Meteorology’s Data and Digital Group manages Change, Configuration & Problem Management capability to ensure that any modification to the technology environment is controlled and aligned with the Bureau's overall technology strategy. We are seeking suitably qualified persons to carry out the duties of Change, Configuration & Problem Management within this area. The successful candidate will be required to coordinate the Change, Configuration & Problem Management processes to align to approved Policy, Process and Procedures to ensure management and risk assessment of technical changes including configuration items are managed within the Bureau. This position also requires the ability to liaise between many different levels of the organisation across varied technical domains. The appointee will be expected to have a wide-ranging understanding of technology and engineering and be articulate across the domain to successfully analyse and coordinate the processes of change and release management. Responsibilities Coordinate the Change, Configuration & Problem Management processes to align to approved Policy, Process and Procedures.
