Our client is seeking an experienced Change Lead to join a local government organisation based in Ardross. This is a full-time Permanent (Fixed Term Contract – 18 Months) opportunity leading a CRM transformation, driving the people side of change to ensure staff are engaged, supported, and ready to adopt new systems and ways of working. This opportunity suits someone with strong experience delivering end-to-end change management across enterprise or CRM implementations, with the ability to work closely with executives, project teams, and technical stakeholders. Lead the Change Management Strategy and delivery for a CRM program Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and change readiness activities Identify and assess change impacts across roles, processes, and systems Support training, adoption, and reinforcement strategies Collaborate with ICT, project, and vendor teams to align delivery Support executive leaders in strengthening change sponsorship Manage resistance and embed sustainable behavioural change #J-18808-Ljbffr
