About the Role Lead from the front in a high‑performing retail showroom Drive sales performance and exceed store targets Deliver exceptional customer experiences Coach, motivate, and develop the sales team Build strong relationships with customers and repeat clients Manage store operations, KPIs, and daily performance Create an energetic, positive, and results‑driven culture This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys both selling and leading. What We’re Looking For Proven retail sales leadership experience Highly motivated and target‑driven Leads by example with energy and professionalism Strong communication and people skills Experience coaching and developing a sales team Organised, reliable, and accountable Enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment Passion for fitness, health, or customer engagement (preferred but not essential) Important Availability Requirements Saturdays and Sundays are essential working days within this role, as they are our busiest trading periods and provide the greatest opportunity to maximise commission earnings.
