We are looking for a Branch Manager to join the team on a permanent, full‑time basis. As a Branch Manager, you will own all aspects of branch operations, lead a team, and drive growth and revenue. Responsibilities Inspire and motivate your team to maximise their potential. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide personalised recommendations and strengthen their businesses. Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to expand Elders’ presence. Drive the marketing and promotion of all Elders products. Prioritise the safety of staff and clients and actively contribute to Elders’ zero‑harm culture. Co‑coach and mentor staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities. About you Have a proven track record in sales management and a strong understanding of agricultural services. Comfortable and thrive in a collaborative, agile working environment. Resourceful, forward‑thinking, and passionate about effecting real change for clients and community. Recognise that people are our most important asset. Ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients. Sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen are required; a tertiary qualification is not essential.
