Job Overview Fulton Hogan - Infrastructure Services is seeking a Quality Assurance/PQI Operator to join the RAMC METRO Maintenance Crew. The role reports to the Operations Coordinator and focuses on site QA responsibilities. Responsibilities Monitoring mix temperatures. Compaction and rolling patterns and the use of a PQI. Straight edging. Recording and distribution of compliance data via end-of-shift reporting. Coordination and recording of calibrations for compliance devices (Temp guns, PQIs). Communicating closely with the Supervisor to affect quality outcomes. Working closely with the wider Fulton Hogan technical team and providing feedback and corrective actions on quality issues. Qualifications Hard‑working attitude with relevant experience in asphalt laying. Commitment to a Living Safely culture. Availability to work overtime, weekends, nights and live away from home when required. Valid driver's licence (HR or HC licence beneficial). Construction Induction card.
