About the role AGSVA NV1 or NV2 Essential Onsite Role Canberra Based We are seeking a dynamic ICT Security Analyst to provide ICT Security services and advice to Fujitsu customers. The ICT Security Analyst reviews, assesses and responds to internet related security issues and incidents in a small team of ICT professionals. You must have an AGSVA Security clearance and be an Australian citizen for this role. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Maintain and administer access controls according to guidelines. Review and investigate incidents and outages. Review, and make recommendations for, first level security related issues for Fujitsu clients. Review ICT related access requests and provide advice on potential outcomes, based on guidelines and policies. Assist in updating and creating work instructions and documentation. Other duties as directed by Team Leads Requirements and Experience Ability to adapt to changing environments. NV1 or NV2 security clearance 2-3 years' experience in ICT security practices and knowledge of basic cyber security Ability to work under pressure, in a high tempo environment. Ability to proactively resolve ICT issues and escalate accordingly. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise. Demonstrated ability to work in both a team environment and independently. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with peer groups, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
