This supporting position is critical to the successful operations of our feedlot. Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinating and compiling daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting Managing all payables and receivables utilising the SAP Accounts System Weighbridge operations and maintaining compliance for all incoming and outgoing commodities, including grain testing Providing general admin support to the operational teams including data management as required About You Previous experience in a similar Admin role advantageous Proficiency with MS Word and Excel essential as well as general computer literacy/troubleshooting skills High levels of attention to detail High levels of confidentiality and professionalism Highly developed written and verbal communication skills Exceptional ability to prioritise and multi-task to meet deadlines Dedication, commitment and drive Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
