Working within an experienced and collaborative team, the role offers genuine end-to-end exposure across the full development lifecycle - from feasibility, strategy and planning through to design management, approvals, procurement and delivery. The position will suit someone who enjoys the pace and complexity of retail-led projects, balancing commercial outcomes with customer experience, operational requirements and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Manage projects across the full development lifecycle from feasibility through to completion Prepare and manage development feasibilities, budgets and financial reporting Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholder groups Drive planning approvals, procurement and delivery outcomes Manage programme, cost and project risk across multiple concurrent developments Work closely with internal operational and commercial teams to align development outcomes with broader portfolio strategy Prepare project reporting and presentations for senior stakeholders About You 4–8+ years’ experience within property development, project management or a related environment Exposure to retail, mixed-use, commercial or large-scale operational assets preferred Strong commercial and stakeholder management capability Ability to manage multiple projects across varying stages simultaneously Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative working style Relevant tertiary qualification in Property, Construction, Engineering, Architecture or similar This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected platform with a long-term development pipeline, high-quality projects and strong career growth opportunities within an institutional environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
