Position Description Work as a Team Leader to lead and support a team while actively participating in cleaning duties. Ensure Council assets and facilities are maintained in a clean, tidy, and hygienic condition for the safe and comfortable use of staff and the public. Essentials Proven experience in leading a team, with sound knowledge of building cleaning methods and procedures. Ability to work both unsupervised and in a team environment, making decisions that reflect organisational values and requirements. Flexible approach to working hours and locations, including working outside of normal business hours and on weekends. Adaptability to change, including travelling to a variety of work locations. Must be able to provide own transport to all work locations. Duration This position is temporary for 2 years with a possibility of permanency in the future. Remuneration Base salary commencing at $76,426 gross per annum, plus 12% superannuation, plus performance payment 1% - 3.5% of annual salary, plus annual award increase.
