Job Description As Client Lead at Atomic 212°, you will provide exceptional service to clients, maximizing happiness, profitability, and workflow efficiency. Responsibilities Build, maintain, and foster senior level client and stakeholder relationships. Build and mentor direct reports, ensuring team effectiveness and development, including interviewing and onboarding. Build and maintain relationships with senior media contacts within the industry. Drive inter‑agency collaboration to achieve clients’ results and share updates and insights with internal stakeholders. Immerse in the client’s business, understanding problems and priorities, and provide effective solutions. Identify opportunities to grow revenue streams for Atomic 212° on behalf of clients. Ensure accurate forecasts communicated to Finance in a timely manner. Prepare month‑end overviews of client activities, revenue forecasts, profitability, and future development plans. Delegate authority and responsibility, allowing team members latitude within our Atomic Way of Working. Coach and mentor team members to build skills and competencies. Celebrate team successes. Represent the client and brand, possessing intimate knowledge of their business and competitors. Uncover data‑led insights to respond to client briefs. Deliver strategic cross‑channel communication recommendations, identifying and analysing macro environment, audience, and channel data to formulate media strategy and meet budgets. Leverage strong offline, planning and digital/performance understanding. Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas aligned with client objectives. Ensure delivery to clients meets agency standards and brand integrity. Set pace and direction for the client team, providing clear fair timelines. Manage internal and client WIPs. Provide expert generalist knowledge across all communications planning fronts. Continuously upskill on all channels to remain an expert in developments. Provide clients with regular updates on media landscape overviews, trend analysis, and developments. Lead the agency team through knowledge sharing and inspiration based on your expertise. Qualifications Current or senior role in an agency is preferred. Diploma or degree in advertising, marketing, or communications. Strong understanding of tactics across all media channels (traditional, digital, content/creative). Advanced knowledge of media research, planning, and buying tools, with ability to analyse outputs and identify insights. Exceptional negotiation skills to maximize client value. Strong relationship‑management skills with clients, team, and media. Excellent knowledge of media landscape and impact of consumption trends. Excellent presentation skills and commanding presence. Strong, senior‑level communication skills. Ability to manage multiple clients with solution‑derived customer service focus. Financial and numerical astuteness with high accuracy. Analytical and critical thinking; problem‑solving mentality. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, G Suite, and Mac programs (Keynote). Broad marketing knowledge and curiosity to ask the right questions.
