We are currently seeking an experienced Room Leader to join our team at Northmead , supporting strong and consistent practice within the rooms. You will provide leadership in delivering high quality, inclusive learning programs, while working closely alongside the Centre Director to strive for an exceeding centre. Why Join Us? Lead and develop the team to deliver a high-quality cycle of planning, curriculum and outcomes for each child in your room. Ensure that all documentation, of children's learning, is visible and accessible to families and contains high-quality information to meet regulatory requirements. Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment. Maintain positive working relationships with all team members. Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times. About you: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent) Unrestricted full-time working rights in Australia Previous experience as a Room Leader is advantageous Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS) Outstanding level of verbal and written communication Strong computer skills A current Working with Children Check A current approved First Aid/CPR/Asthma and Anaphylaxis/Child Protection training, or willingness to obtain Little Zak’s Child Safety Commitment Little Zak’s Academy is a Child Safe Organisation.
