Support & Development Weekly 1:1 mentoring with a senior physio Monthly mentoring with the Practice Principal A “buddy” physio who has just been through it Gradual caseload build (not sink or swim) 40‑minute appointments (including follow‑ups) Weekly allocated time for client calls, letters, learning and development 80 hours professional development in your first year (weekly 2‑hour internal PD, external courses fully paid such as Dry Needling, Pilates, etc.) Surgery observation and real‑world exposure Clinical Edge: Physitrack subscriptions Benefits The team enjoys life together outside of work – no traffic, short commutes, bush trails and a supportive culture.
