Accountable for daily operations for performance and efficiency Drive for results in sales, wages, and shrinkage targets Report directly to the Regional Manager Lead stocktake processes and team development Champion a collaborative, customer‑focused environment Recruit, coach, and build a high‑performing team What You'll Bring You are a driven and hands‑on store leader who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment. With a strong focus on people, performance, and presentation, you lead by example and bring out the best in your team – always putting the customer first.
