Head of Shop Operations We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Shop Operations to lead the effective and efficient delivery of our workshop operations in Perth. This role is critical to ensuring the right resources, capabilities, and infrastructure are in place to support high‑quality execution, while driving continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence. You will play a key leadership role in optimising resource utilisation, developing team capability, and ensuring compliance with company standards, systems, and procedures.
