HR Advisor $95,000 – $100,000 + super | Hybrid working | 3 days in office | Melbourne CBD location A values-led organisation within the community sector is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their collaborative People & Culture team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a true generalist role, partnering with stakeholders while contributing to a positive and people-focused workplace culture.Working closely with senior HR leaders, you will provide day-to-day advice and operational support across the full employee lifecycle, while also contributing to projects and process improvements within the broader people function.Key Responsibilities Provide practical HR advice and support to managers and employees across a broad range of people matters Assist with employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, contract preparation, employee changes and offboarding Support workforce planning activities, reporting and organisational structure updates Ensure employee records, documentation and HR systems are maintained accurately and in line with compliance requirements Interpret awards, policies and employment legislation to provide clear and consistent guidance Contribute to HR process improvements, policy updates and people initiatives across the organisation Assist with position description reviews and remuneration-related activities About You Previous experience in a HR Advisor or generalist HR position Strong knowledge of employment legislation, modern awards and HR best practice Ability to manage confidential matters with professionalism and discretion Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively Experience within purpose-led, education, healthcare or community-based organisations will be highly regarded What’s on Offer Hybrid working environment with flexibility Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunity to contribute to meaningful work within the community sector Central CBD office location close to public transport #J-18808-Ljbffr
