As our client continues their exciting growth journey, we are seeking an organised and customer‑focused Audio Visual Administrator to join the team on a 12‑month maternity leave contract. This role reports to the National AV Operations Manager; you will play a key role in coordinating Audio Visual orders and installations while working within a supportive and highly motivated team environment. This role requires strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the installation process Provide customers with installation timelines and communicate any updates promptly Ensure all required documentation is completed and maintained within Salesforce, including site surveys and deal registrations Coordinate closely with the National AV Operations Manager to support installation scheduling and team capacity planning Assist in allocating installations to internal technicians or third‑party contractors based on workload and location Maintain installation calendars and ensure all job information is accurate and up to date Coordinate equipment logistics for internal and external installations Monitor Salesforce dashboards and AV operational cases Identify and recommend process and system improvements to support operational efficiency Skills & Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively Proven problem‑solving capability and ability to think on your feet Ability to build strong working relationships across teams and stakeholders Positive, approachable, and team‑oriented attitude Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Salesforce experience preferred but not essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
