We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity in our MaxMara DFO Harbour Town Store. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee a team of around 4 people. About the Role The ideal candidate will be a significant member of the MaxMara team, helping to create an environment conducive to customer service excellence while at the same time endeavouring to grow and develop as an individual. Key responsibilities, but not limited to: Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store Oversee stock and store operations. Qualifications High school education or equivalent experience 2+ years experience in a management role Fluent English / Mandarin is a plus Customer-centric with a positive attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
