About the Opportunity We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated CSR Graduate to join our Research & Development team in Prestons, NSW. Working closely with and reporting to the CSR Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting Legrand ANZ’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability targets. This role provides a powerful opportunity to shape the environmental impact of thousands of products used across Australia and New Zealand perfect for a graduate passionate about sustainable design, circular economy principles and real‑world environmental outcomes. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Support the CSR Project Manager in meeting R&D CSR goals Conduct PREP analysis for packaging and develop Australian Recycling Logos (ARLs) Perform product life cycle analysis to develop Product Environmental Profiles (PEPs) Research and assist with circular economy business model implementation Help build sustainability databases Support data collection for climate‑related financial disclosure Assist in preparing the APCO annual report Participate in weekly CSR project review meetings Gather PEP data from suppliers Liaise with the global Legrand PEP team Provide progress updates to stakeholders and internal teams What we’re looking for Degree in engineering, environmental science, sustainability, or a related discipline Understanding of life cycle analysis (LCA) and circular economy principles Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skill Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively Solid MS Office skills and general data competency A team player who is self‑managed, motivated, and eager to learn Experience with LCA principles (software exposure highly regarded) Knowledge of sustainability frameworks or packaging sustainability systems What’s on Offer At Legrand, we’re committed to creating an environment where you can learn, grow, and make a real impact from day one.
