You’ll inspire and support a team of clinicians and practitioners, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred services while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement. Working closely with the Program Manager, you will: Lead day‑to‑day service operations and workforce planning Support staff through coaching, supervision and professional development Drive quality, performance and service improvement initiatives Identify opportunities for programme growth and innovation Strengthen multidisciplinary practice and integrated care Ensure services meet funding, quality and compliance requirements Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders About You You are a confident and collaborative leader who enjoys developing people and creating high‑performing teams.
