Regional WA | Structural/Mechanical Installations | 8:6 Roster | Immediate Commencement | Site Based Roles Autonomous contractor management roles, Drive In Drive Out, Supervision of mechanical and structural installations, 12 Month duration. THE ROLE Manage and coordinate activities performed by contractors on site. Provide technical and planning support to the project management team. Actively track delivery/quality of work packages to provide accurate progress reports. Effectively manage commissioning activities. Identify improvement opportunities with regular leadership interaction. REQUIREMENTS Previous mechanical or fabrication trade background. Strong technical design experience. Preferred background with fixed storage facilities. Sound competency with Microsoft applications. Demonstrated previous supervisory and contractor management experience. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
