Responsibilities Identify, develop and implement effective strategies to support the achievement of key performance and remuneration measures, while delivering a strong customer experience. Identify, develop and support or implement new initiatives, quality improvements and continuous improvement activities across the team. Review and identify potential fraudulent claims. Review and sign off on contributory negligence decisions in line with NSW CTP legislation. Provide technical coaching and one-on-one support to team members across liability decisions, earning capacity decisions and contributory negligence. Review and respond to internal audits, emerging trends and claims management practices. Qualifications Strong technical experience within workers’ compensation claims or the NSW CTP scheme. Proven experience coaching and mentoring case managers within the workers compensation or CTP space. Demonstrated understanding and application of the NSW CTP scheme or NSW workers compensation legislation and associated regulations.
