Role Overview We are seeking a Relationship Officer to support the Customer Relationship team in building long‑term relationships with customer representatives, ensuring business objectives and superior customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to daily requests from customers and the Relationship Manager for all administrative tasks related to fleet management and business growth. Create and provide vehicle quotes, sourcing vehicles and pricing that deliver best value to customers. Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders verbally and in writing to ensure clear expectations, achieve customer satisfaction and keep all parties well informed. Ensure administrative tasks comply with business policies (e.g., vehicle registration, credit requirements). Proactively manage lease expiry and replacement processes, ensuring contracts remain linked in all circumstances. Update contracts with accurate and relevant information. Run order reports and follow up transactions with the orders & delivery team. Elicit, monitor and engage with customers for intelligence to understand fleet requirements, anticipate needs and assist the Sales team in growing business. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a customer‑facing role. Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, database management and other MS Office products. High level of keyboard accuracy and strong eye for detail. Experience in data‑entry and administrative work involving numbers and detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Problem‑solving ability – identify and implement collaborative process improvements in workflow. Attention to detail and high accuracy.
