About You Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry. Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops. Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team. Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
