The Role We’re seeking a motivated Associate with between 3-5 years’ PQE to join our Melbourne Private Advisory team on a full-time basis. This role will see you focusing on wills and estates, specifically in estate planning, estate litigation, and deceased estate administration. Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and succession strategies for a wide range of clients Advising on family and asset structures Acting on family provision claims, contested probate matters, and mediations Obtaining grants, and liaising with executors and beneficiaries, and overseeing asset distribution Who We Are Looking For Between 3-5 years’ experience in a reputable wills and estates practice.
