Company vehicle Weekly pay cycle Responsibilities Manage the onsite coordination of the trade effort Coordinate and supervise trades personnel from project set-up to completion Assure the safety and compliance of the workforce Contribute and execute Construction Methodology and Method of Works Plans Implement relevant SWMS, permits, isolations and controls to ensure team safety Quality and workmanship assurance in accordance with quality management processes and documentation Manage and capture workforce hours and productivity Handle stock control, procurement and inventory for direct works on site Qualifications Positive leadership qualities with a drive to create a successful and strong team environment Experience with steel structures, blast & paint, roofing, and concrete remediation works is highly advantageous Trade certification and/or construction qualifications Experience in construction, remediation, and refurbishment projects Positive conflict resolution, communication and influencing skills The Benefits Weekly pay Access to everyday discounts from Australia’s leading retailers with Flare Employee Assistance Program First Aid and Mental First Aid Support Officers available Ongoing rewards & recognition programs This role is subject to pre-employment medical and background checks.
