This role will be a 2:1 roster from Perth, working on one of our major iron ore projects in the Pilbara region, initially on a 12 month contract. What you’ll do: Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation processes including travel, accommodation, rosters, and site access requirements. Managing LV's on site - hiring for visitors, recording of the odometer servicing, damages, repairs, allocation of the cars etc. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports and communications. Data entry of Invoices, delivery dockets and debit card receipts. Ensures visitors and subcontractors have necessary site access. About You Experience working in a high volume Administration position, previous Site experience is advantageous. Ideally a background working on mining, construction or engineering projects. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, or similar). Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic site environment.
