The Work Itself Generalist commercial litigation with real depth, acting for top-tier clients on major complex disputes. One matter might be an ASIC investigation or prosecution for a major bank. Another could see you running a multi-party joint venture dispute for an ASX-listed or international resources client, or advising a Commonwealth or State department on a procurement matter resolved through mediation or arbitration. Another still might be a statutory inquiry, a greenwashing enquiry, or a complex contractual dispute heading to the Supreme, Federal or High Court. As an SA, you'd be taking real carriage — running matters, leading strategy, instructing Counsel and managing more junior lawyers across the lifecycle.
