What You'll Do Develop Future Talent Recruit, support, and mentor apprentices in collaboration with the Service Manager and senior workshop personnel Coordinate apprentice onboarding, training, and development Build relationships with schools, TAFE, and training providers Drive Training & Growth Coordinate technical, compliance, and professional development training Maintain training records, certifications, and competency tracking Support a culture of continuous learning Enhance Customer Experience Oversee CRM activities and retention programs Monitor customer satisfaction and service outcomes Support Safety & Compliance Assist with WHS initiatives, inspections, and compliance Support incident reporting and return-to-work processes Promote a strong safety culture Provide Operational Support Support the Service Manager and leadership team What You'll Bring Training, apprenticeship, or workforce development coordination experience (desirable) Proven ability to build and maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Proven leadership and strong communication skills Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused, with proven administration skills Proven capacity to work effectively with competing priorities and multiple systems WHS understanding, especially as it relates to a workshop environment.
