Lead a well-resourced early learning centre Off-the-floor leadership role with strong operational support Up to $145k + Super + Salary Packaging + Incentive About the opportunity We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Centre Director to lead a large early learning service through its next phase of growth and transformation. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-established centre with strong foundations and recent investment, where you will play a key role in building occupancy, strengthening team culture, and driving quality outcomes. Operating in a fully off-the-floor capacity, you will be supported by an experienced leadership structure, including dedicated operational, compliance, and educational support functions, allowing you to focus on strategic leadership and centre performance.
