What You’ll Be Doing As a Clinical Project Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of clinical trial execution—managing timelines, budgets, and quality across regional or global studies. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, engage directly with clients, and ensure every milestone is met with precision and purpose. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials in line with contracts and regulatory standards (ICH‑GCP, local laws) Develop and implement integrated study management plans with core project teams Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders Monitor project performance, manage risks, and drive resolution of issues Ensure financial success through accurate forecasting, budget control, and scope management Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration Represent IQVIA in bid defenses and client meetings, showcasing our capabilities and solutions What You Bring Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field (required) Experience: 5+ years in clinical research, including 2+ years in project management Expertise: Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory requirements, and therapeutic areas such as Healthy Volunteer Skills: Leadership and team management Strategic thinking and problem‑solving Excellent communication and presentation skills Financial acumen and contract management Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Work on impactful projects that improve lives globally Collaborate with brilliant minds across geographies and cultures Access cutting‑edge tools and data‑driven solutions Grow your career with continuous learning and development opportunities Be part of a company that values innovation, ownership, and client focus #J-18808-Ljbffr
