Business Analyst – Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Marketing Automation Location: Melbourne CBD, Hybrid work environment Assignment: 6‑Month contract (chance to extend) Compensation: $550/day to $650/day (inc super) Responsibilities Lead the build, deployment, and optimisation of marketing and collections automation workflows across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and integrated systems (e.g. Securedocs, RPA tools). Develop and maintain data and ETL pipelines to support targeted communications, campaign reporting, and credit operations. Use AI‑driven analytics to monitor campaign and collections performance, identify anomalies, and generate actionable insights. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Customer Solutions, IT, and Compliance) to align automation strategies with business goals and regulatory requirements. Analyse operational data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend process changes. Provide data‑driven reporting, forecasting, and recommendations. Ensure data integrity, privacy compliance, and adherence to governance frameworks. Requirements Proven experience in similar roles as Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Marketing Automation Analyst specialising in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for large complex environments. Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ETL processes, and automation design. Experience as a data‑savvy marketing or operations professional (around 6–8 years) in marketing automation, business transformation, or operational excellence. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability; able to translate data into business recommendations. Experience with AI/RPA tools, process mapping, or workflow automation will be seen as advantageous. Excellent communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
