Role Overview This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for our clients, establishing strong relationships from the outset, and setting them up for long-term success with our solutions. Responsibilities Lead Client Onboarding Projects: manage end-to-end onboarding lifecycle, from contract signing to platform implementation and handoff to account management. Develop and Execute Onboarding Plans: create detailed project plans, timelines, and communication strategies for each new client. Cross-Functional Coordination: act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, coordinating with sales, product, engineering, support, and legal teams. Stakeholder Communication: provide regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones; proactively identify and address potential roadblocks. Documentation and Training: ensure comprehensive documentation of client configurations and facilitate client training sessions on Acquire Intelligence products and services. Process Improvement: continuously evaluate and refine onboarding processes to enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and scalability. Risk Management: identify risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies. Relationship Building: foster strong, positive relationships with new clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the onboarding phase. Qualifications Preferable Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus. 3+ years of experience in project management, client onboarding, implementation, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a BPO or SaaS company. Flexibility around work schedule for project assignments as required. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies. Strong understanding of project management methodologies. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Ability to quickly understand and articulate technical product features and integrate them into client solutions. Experience with CRM and project management software (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Jira) is a plus. Genuine passion for client success and commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
