In This Role, You Will Lead day‑to‑day operations across a defined Charter Hall Office portfolio Manage planned, preventative and reactive maintenance programmes Drive compliance, risk, safety and asset management standards across all sites Oversee budgets, purchase orders, invoicing and vendor performance Build strong working relationships with tenants, contractors and the client team About You Proven experience in commercial office Facilities Management Strong technical understanding of building services and operations Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and reporting skills Confident managing competing priorities, contractors and client expectations Why CBRE?
