Meet The Team Fever for Business (F4B) is a B2B organization that delivers live experiences as a service to other businesses. We manage the full journey from sales and strategy to global execution, collaborating closely with Fever Originals and Operations. The Role We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Account Executive to drive growth for our emerging Fever for Business unit. In this role, you will manage a book of business within the Strategic & Enterprise segments, advise prospects on live entertainment solutions, and drive new revenue. What You’ll Do Own relationships with Fever’s Enterprise and Strategic prospects and clients within your territory. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Create and manage pipeline, applying MEDDIC‑style sales methodology. Drive new logo growth and a land‑and‑expand motion for top‑tier customers. Leverage Fever’s ecosystem and your network to identify and engage ideal prospects. Map and multi‑thread key stakeholders in your territory. Craft and execute creative outreach strategies to improve pipeline quality. Build lasting client relationships that generate recurring revenue. Collaborate cross‑functionally (Marketing, Partners, Operations) to ensure alignment. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors. Adapt quickly to change while remaining highly organized and coachable. Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, and high customer service standards. Who You Are 5+ years in B2B sales (SaaS, media, entertainment, MICE or similar). Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Experience with MEDDIC/SPIN or similar methods is preferred. Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills; comfortable with senior stakeholders. Entrepreneurial self‑starter, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Growth mindset: coachable, data‑driven, organized, optimistic. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a strong plus.
