Customer Delivery Specialist Be the operational force behind every King Living delivery — coordinating drivers, managing runs, and ensuring every customer receives the premium experience our brand promises. Overview This is a hands‑on, warehouse‑based role where you drive the critical path from order preparation through to successful delivery — and you feel the impact of that every single day. Responsibilities Plan and sequence daily delivery runs, optimise routes, validate orders, manage load‑out execution, and resolve exceptions in real time to keep every run on track. Proactively book and confirm delivery appointments, manage inbound scheduling queries, and communicate delays or changes before customers need to chase. Lead drivers and transport partners daily — ensuring run readiness, route clarity, and delivery quality. Monitor outcomes, flag issues, and support onboarding and coaching with the Delivery Driver Manager. Maintain accurate records across SAP, Radaro, and internal systems. Track key metrics including DIFOT, damage rates, and truck utilisation. Ensure Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and safety compliance at all times. Work closely with warehouse teams to align stock readiness, pick accuracy, and dock flow with daily delivery schedules. Qualifications 1–3 years' experience in dispatch, delivery coordination, logistics, or warehouse operations Hands‑on experience with delivery planning, run scheduling, and load‑out processes Strong customer communication skills — confident managing both inbound queries and proactive outbound contact Experience using SAP, Radaro, or similar delivery, warehouse, or ERP systems Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple delivery runs and competing priorities simultaneously Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and liaising directly with drivers and transport partners Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly under pressure Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and confidence in learning new platforms including AI tools Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and workplace safety requirements desirable Benefits Competitive remuneration and generous employee and family & friends discounts on our full premium product range.
