What you'll be doing Oversee the successful planning, coordination, implementation and execution of an allocated portfolio of major projects, ensuring alignment with Ansvar's Change Portfolio Management methodology throughout. Produce clear, well-structured project reporting for senior stakeholders including the Executive and Board, translating project complexity into concise updates that support informed decision‑making. Analyse business requirements against user needs, identify more efficient methods and processes on an ongoing basis, and assess project feasibility as required. Support Project Sponsors, Business Owners and project team to deliver on project business cases, while maintaining appropriate project documentation and controls throughout the project lifecycle. What you'll need to have At least 10 years' experience in a Project Management capacity, with advanced experience in all key aspects of Project Management (i.e. Project Planning and Scheduling, Business Case documentation, Resource Management, Change and Communication planning, monitoring Benefits Realisation). As part of your role, there will be periods where you will operate as a Business Analyst on smaller projects, working with the business to identify and document business requirements. Demonstrable strength in stakeholder reporting and communication, with the ability to influence at senior levels through clear, well‑reasoned written updates and executive reporting. Strong experience in technology‑related projects, including data warehousing solutions, with working knowledge of JIRA. Demonstrable ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with key internal stakeholders at all levels, including the Executive and Board.
