About the Role A newly created position to own and drive the international marketplace rollout across JAG, SABA and Sportscraft. Operating across the US, UK and EU via our third-party partner Refined Networks, this role is the central point of accountability for execution, trading performance and cross-functional alignment across all three brands. Key Responsibilities Partner & Marketplace Management Own the day-to-day relationship with Refined Networks as primary point of contact Liaise directly with marketplace platforms where required Manage any market-specific compliance or operational requirements Product & Range Lead product selection for each market in collaboration with Refined Networks and brand buying teams Oversee product enrichment - ensuring content is accurate, on-brand and delivered on time Operations & Fulfilment Manage order confirmations and fulfilment workflows Work closely with logistics on shipping timelines, launch windows and replenishment Actively trade the marketplaces, monitoring performance and driving in-season decisions Commercial Performance Own sales targets and KPIs across all three brands and markets, tracking performance against plan Identify and act on trading opportunities to drive revenue growth and market penetration Report regularly on marketplace performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders Marketing & Brand Coordinate sharing of campaign, marketing and influencer imagery to Refined Networks and marketplaces Collaborate with brand marketing teams on country and market-specific marketing requirements Key Relationships Internal : Brand teams (JAG, SABA, Sportscraft), supply chain & logistics, finance External : Refined Networks, marketplace partners What We’re Looking For Experience in international ecommerce, marketplace management or digital wholesale Strong project management skills - able to juggle multiple brands, markets and workstreams simultaneously Commercially minded with a trading mentality and proven ability to deliver against sales targets Excellent stakeholder management; confident working across internal teams and external partners Detail-oriented with a focus on execution and on-time delivery Perks & Benefits 50% off all our brands Flexible working options - hybrid WFH and beautiful studio/office space 4pm Friday finishes and true work/life balance Birthday leave + monthly social events, morning teas & more Employee Assistance Program for you and your family Paid Parental Leave #J-18808-Ljbffr
