Location: Sunrise Dam Gold Mine, WA, AU Post Start Date: 25 May Posting Salary: Market Related Role: Ventilation Engineer – Underground Mining Team Accountabilities Monitor the underground ventilation system to ensure a safe working atmosphere for all employees. Audit ventilation infrastructure to ensure compliance with approved ventilation plans. Prepare and distribute ventilation plans. Provide ventilation specific input into mine plans and schedules. Complete statutory ventilation surveys of the primary and secondary networks. Manage the secondary fan register and arrange for maintenance and change‑outs as required. Assist with underground infrastructure and projects work as instructed. Qualifications Willingness to be part of a diverse team comprising technical and operational members. Good communication skills. Confidence to provide input and provoke discussion. Enthusiastic attitude towards fulfilling key accountabilities. Willingness to work in an underground mine.
