About the Job We are seeking a Business Development Associate (Inside Sales) to join our team based in North Sydney (hybrid: three to four days in office, one to two from home). This role partners closely with Business Development Managers to drive growth across NSW, Australia. You'll be responsible for owning your territory, building strong partnerships over the phone, and driving sales activity that fuels our continued success. Key Responsibilities Drive proactive outbound sales activity, executing high-volume calling to grow and develop a defined list of accounts. Deliver virtual product detailing, customer training sessions, and group education where required. Prioritise and segment a large account list using structured planning and strong Excel skills. Manage lead generation, pipeline progression, and follow-up activity to maximise territory growth. Collaborate closely with BDMs to ensure seamless customer support during leave periods and field coverage gaps. You Will Have Proven sales experience, ideally inside sales or tele-sales, with strong capability in cold outreach. Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to structure, prioritise, and manage a large account portfolio. Confident, clear, and concise communication skills; comfortable engaging customers all day over the phone. Strong Excel capability for list segmentation and sales planning; CRM experience (Veeva) is advantageous. Passionate, driven attitude with a strong sales mindset and ability to build rapport virtually.
