Their Sydney office is now looking for a senior associate level lawyer to work in their corporate & commercial team. About the role We are actively seeking a senior associate with expertise in corporate & commercial law to join a well regarded Sydney specialist team. This unique opportunity offers to work across a broad mix of private M&A deals, with a strong focus on the automotive sector, alongside general commercial and corporate advisory matters. Key Responsibilities Work directly with clients and collaborate closely with partners Provide supervision, support, and mentoring to junior lawyers within the team Handle private M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating business sale agreements, shareholder agreements, loan and security documents, and other key transactional contracts. Deliver corporate advisory services, including advice on corporate governance and directors’ duties, as well as reviewing general commercial contracts and providing guidance on franchise and agency agreements within the motor vehicle sector. About you You will have 5+ years PAE in commercial and M&A work with good attention to detail.
