The Role: As the Store Manager at Dr Martens Chermside, your focus will be on driving sales and KPIs, coaching and mentoring the team, and delivering world‑class customer service. You'll play a key role in creating a fun and energetic store culture, while developing your leadership skills in a fast‑paced, high‑impact retail environment.
